There's still a lot of excitement, joy, fear, and lack of sleep. Plans? Who has time to make plans?! I will post updates as we go a long. But the most important detail would include: there are now TWO little boys running around the house. Henry is 3 and William just turned 2 a week ago. Yes, they are 17 months apart. I am thankful for their close age because if I would've waited until Henry hit this age, I'm certain I wouldn't have had another. ;)
We have moved to Cary, NC (which we LOVE). Neil has started a new career with Avelara in the Tobacco District, of Durham, NC. When William was born I decided to quit my job at American Airlines and become that Stay at Home Mom I thought I never would. I have taken a new personal goal of health and fitness. It was a tough transition, but I won't blog about it, because there are thousands of blogs out there about it and simply: I wouldn't have it any other way. This was 100% my decision.
With this new goal of health and fitness, I have taken up some new hobbies. Those hobbies include, but are not limited to; meal planning, cooking, grocery shopping, VERY limited crafting, Stroller Strides, and the craziest being running.
I plan on using these posts as an outlet to reflect on what's happening day to day. I need to enjoy more moments and I believe that can be done by keeping this sort of journal. There will hopefully be many humorous and happy moments along with serious and frustrating moments.
